ELECTIVES (Band 4th-8th & Keyboard 2nd - 8th)

Mrs. McLean Mrs. McLean graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Music as well as her Master of Arts degree. Mrs. McLean began teaching at the Academy in the fall of 2007. She has been in the music education field for over 25 years. Thirteen of those years were at the college level.

ELECTIVES (Handbells 1st - 8th & Music 1st - 8th)

Mrs. Kollock After receiving her under-graduate degree from Liberty University and her Master’s degree from Southern Seminary, Mrs. Kollock came to teach at the Academy in 2006. She also teaches private voice and piano lessons. 3rdgrade@discovercentral.org

Physical Education (1st - 8th) & Yearbook (6th - 8th)

Mrs. Sauer Mrs. Sauer is a graduate of the University of South Florida. She became a part of the CCA staff in 2006. While attending the University of South Florida, Mrs. Sauer committed three years to a tennis scholarship. 6thgrade@discovercentral.org

Spanish (1st - 8th)

Mrs. Dehnke Mrs. Dehnke graduated from Cedarville University with a major in International Business and a minor in Spanish. She has traveled overseas on numerous mission trips to Spanish speaking countries. Her education as well as her immersion into Hispanic culture has allowed for a great Spanish experience for CCA students since she became the Academy’s Spanish teacher in August 2007. ccareception@discovercentral.org

Speech/Drama (6th - 8th)

Mrs. Collins Mrs. Collins was added to the CCA faculty in the fall of 2006. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech University, where she was a part of the marching band. Mrs. Collins has been teaching music and drama for six years. She is dually employed by a local church as their worship leader. k5b@discovercentral.org
